I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual mental health counseling in South Carolina, Florida, and Idaho through secure telehealth. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and adults impacted by adoption-related experiences, including identity concerns, grief and loss, attachment wounds, relational challenges, and complex trauma. For couples, I incorporate principles from The Gottman Method, a research-based approach to strengthening relationships. I also offer Brainspotting, a brain-based, trauma-focused modality that can help process and resolve deeply held emotional and physiological experiences.
